Number 5, mountain pose. In mountain pose,
I actually want you to start first in slumped. You’re exhausted; you’re tired. Let’s
build this up. Lift up your toes, feel the balls of your feet, pressing down. Through
the heels, press down. Feel the arches of being up. Let your shoulders go back; let
your arms rest at the side, palms at the side. Really imagine yourself standing on top of
a mountain peak. Adding onto the mountain and just having the sun shine you. Smelling
that mountain air and just allowing that strength of the mountain to shoot up through your body.
