The Kripalu Approach to Diet: An Integrative Weight-Loss Program

of people make their way to this program. There’s something here for you if you find your mind
overoccupied with food. If you find yourself fighting food. This is about giving up the fight and finding the mindful journey. This is a mindful journey of change. Mindfulness and the practice
of being in the moment is the core foundation upon
which all change happens. And then of course right action. If you want something to be different, you need to have
strategies to change them. We use cutting edge medical science through our doctors and their input through our wonderful
nutritionist, Annie K. We help people identify just
a small little arena of change where the miracle begins
and then we practice taking it home. So really it’s two wings of the bird. The mindfulness, the wild compassion that is Kripalu Center that
gets ignited in each of us along with taking the right actions to live the kind of life that you want. When people come together
with the same intention for the same reason and focus extraordinary things happen. The shame and isolation
that keeps us apart and keeps us locked in the old patterns is easily released. The support groups that we begin in the immersion five day program here will extend through the five weeks. Phone sessions where the
whole group gets together, access to tools online that will keep you connected to yourself,
connected to the peers that you’ve worked with, and I think so importantly
connected to the faculty. We’ll be right there for you which is very, very exciting
