Losing Weight Could Kill BBW Model’s Career

Losing Weight Could Kill BBW Model’s Career

SARAH ROUT: I see my modelling career going as far as I want it to go. There is a lot I’ve got planned. SARAH ROUT: I’ve been modelling for seven years now. I’m confident of my curves, I’m
proud of my curves. Yeah, pretty much confident in everything I do. COMM: Sarah Rout revels in her status as a Big Beautiful Woman. SARAH ROUT: I want to do a biographic book. I want to bring out a perfume and other sort
of stuff like key rings and posters and stuff. COMM: But she wasn’t always this size. SARAH ROUT: I started gaining weight after my first pregnancy with my first child and
then I had a bit of difficult relationship. I was really depressed and I then started
eating a lot from there. I weigh about 28 stone and my dress size is about 30. COMM: Sarah’s weight comes with potentially fatal medical problems. SARAH ROUT: I worry about my weight a lot. I’ve been to the doctors and they have said
that I’m probably at risk of a heart attack and so…
TONY ROUT: And diabetes. SARAH ROUT: And diabetes.
TONY ROUT: Yeah. SARAH: I’m suffering with sleep apnea at
the moment so I’ve got to go to the hospital to sort my monitor, sleep monitoring, out.
So, I’d have to probably sleep with a machine to help me breath. TONY ROUT: I’ve had to take on the role of a bit of a carer. Drying yourself after
a shower and getting sort of certain areas is quite difficult at times. It has a massive
impact on day to day life. COMM: In a bid to lose weight, Sarah has joined a sliming group. SARAH ROUT: I have porridge for breakfast or I have like egg on toast or muesli or something.
Then usually a sandwich for lunch and then I’ll have my main meal for tea which is
usually chicken salad or depends really what I fancy. COMM: She’s lost two stone so far but shifting too many pounds could pose some serious problems
for her glamour career. SARAH ROUT: ‘Cause I’d still like to be, like if I was about 18 stone, I’d be happy,
so I’d still model. Recently I’ve been looking at webcam modelling. Generally I’d
be quite happy to do anything really on it. I enjoy showing my curves. I think it’s
great fun. Me and my husband absolutely love, get a lot of excitement from it and it’s
just great fun. COMM: Encouraged by the online response to her photos, Sarah and Tony also have a thriving
modelling agency for Big Beautiful Women. TONY ROUT: The idea of BBW Angles came about three and a half years ago. Sarah wanted to
connect with other bigger ladies who were involved in modelling via Facebook. And so
BBW Angels Facebook group was set up. And then after a year we decided to branch out
into a website. COMM: Sarah is very open about her career with her three kids aged 12, 10 and 8. SARAH ROUT: My daughter has seen a lot of my photos. Never anything like explicit where
I’ve done naked photo shoots. Never show them anything like that and she thinks that
they are absolutely great. I would be absolute proud of her if she followed in my footsteps.
Other than I’ve always said to her never to get as big as I am. COMM: And the model hopes that her career may put a stop to body shaming. SARAH ROUT: I used to feel really anxious about people saying horrible things about
my size, but now I’m a lot better. I don’t really care what people say. I would just
basically get in body shaming out there as well so, I’m getting more girls so we can
kind of shout out to the world that it doesn’t matter what you look like.

  1. I hate when fat ppl say it’s a disease or thyroid problem that caused the weight then they talk about there diet and it’s like 5 meals a day with burgers and ice cream

  2. "Curves…?" Right. Standing there, looking like a new found planet of the solar system. I'd assume it's an overweight /obese person's way of being confident in themselves.. it's cool if that is the case, but dont say it out loud.. think it and keep it in your head, or you'll be ridiculed by people.

  3. I don't think people understand the difference between 'curvy' and 'fat'.

Curvy people still have waistlines, not convex ones

  4. Body shaming sucks and every person is beautiful. HOWEVER you can’t lie to yourself and dig yourself into a hole you can’t get out of by saying your un health amount of fat is curves.

  5. It may not matter "what you look like" you can live regardless of that, however it does matter how much fat sits around your organs and in your arteries …. 🤷

  6. I'm obese. And it sucks. But understand what most women who are functionally and non functionally obese want- for the teasing and ridicule to end. It dosen't help us. If you feel we should loose weight then say that and move in but the sneers and looks and faces and continuous teasing is hurting us on top of the weight.

  7. why df would u model ur fat? I dont body shame either, but why not try to lose the weight and find a better job that can help ppl, plus u need to focus on ur daughter ;p

    edit- damn why would u want ur daughter to model? i mean dont u have to be either really fat or skill to the bone? (im not clear on this or not) so super skinny or fat? ;-;

  8. I am genuinely happy Sarah is proud of her body, she is a BBW and is comfortable in her own skin. She has found a person to love her just the way she is. Both her and her husband has built a business from scratch and are living a comfortable lifestyle. I do wonder what the future will hold because the impact of the weight she carrying could potentially lead her to health issue. Although, I do realise there are difficulties for many in losing weight and the motivation. I wish Sarah Rout good luck with her future business 🍀

  9. Model I'm sure these pics are just on fat women fetish website's

All the pics on that profile screen she wants the tv to keep showing are here in her underwear and pvc uniforms it's screaming desperately needs attention

  10. Woah your first pregnancy was your first child 😱😱😱 I didn’t know THAT YOUR FIRST PREGNANCY WAS YOUR FIRST CHILE 😹😹😹😹

  11. Not to be mean but I don’t like it when girls like that say curvy, there’s a difference between being curvy and just fat.

  13. There is not an excuse in the world to ever get this big idc wat anyone says that's just an excuse to eat wat you want because something don't go your way or the way you'd like them to go. I suffer from depression myself and my weight is constantly going up n down but I have never ate soo much I become obese 😠😠🤔….ppl get soo big and then cry about it and wish they were dead and blame others for their weight. That or they cant work so they get government assistance "foodstamps" and disability which to me is insane….for something they are doing to themselves, am I right?? I'm not trying to be mean, I may come off that way but come on enough is enough. Stop eating so much!!! U can control that to a degree 👍🏼😉

  14. Oh man. Your health is more important than your career. It would be really traumatic to see someone so young die of something that can be easily avoided.
